Hummus and Crudite
SERVES 4 - 6
Ingredients
Hummus – traditional, lemon dill or roasted red pepper.
Assorted raw vegetables: carrots, celery, sliced peppers, grape tomatoes, broccoli florets, green onions.
Sliced baguette or crackers.
Directions
Arrange vegetables on a platter around a small bowl of hummus. Serve with baguette or crackers and a Bristol Valley Vidal Blanc.
